2. Eligibility for Refund

Refunds are applicable under the following conditions:

• The session was not conducted due to technical errors or platform issues.
• The counsellor failed to attend the scheduled session.
• You canceled the session at least 6 hours before the scheduled time.

3. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:

• You missed the session without prior notice.
• You were dissatisfied with the outcome of the counselling (as effectiveness can vary by person).
• Refund request was made after 48 hours of the session time.
